TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We recommend travelers secure appropriate travel insurance in case of unexpected events, accidents, employment or work issues, illness, etc., which may cause cancellation or interruption of travel plans. Traveler’s financial risk – for non-refundable payments, medical expenses, etc – can be mitigated with travel insurance, which we strongly recommend.  Travel insurance can help cover your investment against unwelcome surprises such as flight cancellation or delays, illness, terrorism, strikes, financial default of a travel supplier, etc.  Coverage is also available for pre-existing medical conditions and even “Cancellation for Any Reason.”

** Due to negotiated group pricing, stringent cancellation penalties apply. Again, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance, to protect any unlikely cancellations **

DEPOSITS:

A deposit of $1,500 per person is required at time of booking

Final payment is due by July 9, 2012.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
Cancellations must be advised in writing to The CTP Group. The cancellation schedule is as follows:

Cancellation Date Penalty
Between deposit date and July 3 50% of total package price
July 4 to October 17 (departure day) 100% of total package price

RESPONSIBILITY:
The CTP Group shall use its best efforts in the selection of qualified carriers, hotels and other suppliers to provide transportation and services as described. Our responsibility is limited to the exercise of reasonable ability, diligence and care on the part of our personnel and representatives in supplying the services described herein. In accepting these services, you agree that The CTP Group and Fineartconnoisseur will be held harmless for the acts or defaults of the suppliers in performing these services which might result in delay, loss, damages, inconvenience or personal injury and for the consequences of events beyond our control including reasonably necessary changes in time schedules, itinerary and accommodations.
