A Note from Fine Art Connoisseur Publisher B. Eric Rhoads

I am truly thrilled with the destination that Fine Art Connoisseur has selected the beautiful Italian and Adriatic coasts for its 3rd annual cruise. (For those who traveled with us along the Danube last season, I know I don’t need to remind you how amazing last year’s cruise was!) To book a space, and for any questions you may have, please contact Gabriel Haigazian.

Day 1, Oct 17th: Depart Venice, Italy
The world-renowned bastion of beauty, what better place to commence the cruise than in jaw-dropping Venice. Picturesque in its cityscape, architecture and artworks, there is no comparison to this “Queen of the Adriatic.” The City of Water’s canalside shops and museums are the way to roll out “Il tappeto rosso” to our tour guests.
Day 2, Oct 18th: Dubrovnik, Croatia
One of those cities that must be seen in person to be believed, Dubrovnik is one of the Adriatic’s most fascinating and prominent tourist destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An Old World trading port, this seaside metropolis allows you to step off the ship and step back in time with classic art and architecture abound.
Day 3, Oct 19th: Tour Corfu, Greece
Picture yourself on a “Greek Island”, surrounded by antiquity, blue skies and clear waters. Open your eyes in Corfu, and it’s even better than you could have ever imagined. A holiday haven for the Europe’s affluent tourists, this small city will leave a large and lasting memory in your soul.
Day 4, Oct 20th: Tour Taormina, Italy (Sicily)
As prominent as the mountains which embrace the town’s outskirts, Taormina is a breathtaking beachside respite in the heart of the Ionian Sea. A town so endeared and entwined to its past, there are still remnants of Greek and Carthage architecture and culture here. The spellbinding archeological sites put the “art” back in “artifact.”
Day 5, Oct 21st: Tour Sorrento/Capri, Italy
On the breathtaking Isle of Capri, Sorrento is a resort town of the highest order, with fancy shops, stunning vistas and inviting beaches. The rocky coastlines, the exquisite museums and high-end restaurants will tantalize and mesmerize.
Day 6, Oct 22th: Tour Amalfi/Positano, Italy
Often referred to as the “Divine Coast”, Italy’s Amalfi region is the crown jewel of the Mediterranean. The combination of mountains, cliffs, beaches, architecture, art, wine, food and weather are unparalleled anywhere else in the world. Amalfi and Positano have more than their share of natural gifts; lush flora and superlative cuisine. It’s an old world paradise.
Day 7, Oct 23rd: Tour Florence/Pisa (Livorno), Italy
Forget Paris. Florence is the Art Capital of the World. It’s Michaelangelo’s Sistine Chapel and David. It’s where every building was sculpted by a master, where every meal’s worth 1000 words. From the leaning tower to the endless parade of wine, song and historical landmarks, Florence is the most Italian of all the Italian cities.
Day 8, Oct 24th: Disembark Rome, Italy
Lastly, we will disembark in historical capital of the world, Rome, where every street is human civilization’s Memory Lane. Picture the coliseums, the aqueducts, and the amazing combination of past and present converging in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
